The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held in late January or early February. The meeting date and time will be announced in January of each year. This is our biggest gathering of members during the year.
The 2024 AGM is scheduled for Saturday, February 3 from 10:00 AM to noon at the Ashland High School Wood Shop (on the eastern corner of Siskiyou Blvd. and Morse St.)
The entrance to parking is along Morse St. This is our biggest gathering of members each year. We hope to fill the room, let people introduce themselves, and assist us in ‘putting a face’ to many names that grace our members’ list. We’ll review the plans for this year’s activities, elect your officers and Steering Committee. Chairs, coffee and companionship will be available. Remember to bring your checkbook or $30 to get your 2024 membership card (that’s $5 off the regular fee of $35, up until 3/1/23).
